Whether you prefer a minimalist design or love a pop of color, the numerous options available ensure you find the perfect match for your unique style.

If you’re looking for super simple printable to do lists, you’ll love our plain templates above. Just choose the design you like, and you’ll find the button to download underneath the image. These printable to do lists are great for all sorts of organizational needs.

Whether you’re looking for a basic list template or a weekly layout, you’ll find an option for you. I particularly like the to do list that is divided into quadrants based on the importance of the task. When using this printable, you can organize your chores and tasks based on urgency.

If you’re looking for more color in your printable to do list templates, you’ll love our multi-color options. These offer similar layouts to the simple templates while offering a splash of color to the page.

I particularly like the last multi-color layout as I created it for my daughter to use as her personal to-list. She writes her recurring chores and tasks at the top and simply checks off each day of the week she completes the activity. We use this section for things she does every day – like making her bed, cleaning up toys, flossing, etc.

At the bottom of the printable, she includes items that are specific to that day of the week. For example, she may include studying for a test or raking leaves on a specific day of the week.

If you’re looking for a to do list specifically for kids or students, I include the three pictured above in my Free To Do List Packet that you can find toward the bottom of this post. Additionally, you can check out my Printable Chore Charts for Kids for similar items.

Once I started implementing daily planners and to-do lists into my routine, I’ve become so much more organized and way less stressed about managing tasks. I just print a week’s worth of to do list templates every Sunday. Then, I spend a few minutes filling in my appointments, chores, and activities I want to accomplish that week.

If a new task randomly pops into my head throughout the week, I jot it down in the notes box on the template. This way, I remember to include that task on the following week’s to do list.

You can easily organize your schedule using the templates I included at the top of this post. But, I also created additional templates that are color coordinated and super cute!

How to Print

As with all of our printables, these come in PDF format and print easily on regular letter size paper. If you prefer to print two templates to a page, you can specify this in your printer settings. That way, you get two week’s worth of to-do lists on one page.

Additionally, you can laminate the template in order to re-use it week after week. Just use a dry erase marker to fill out the template. When you’re ready to update the tasks for the week, just erase and start over!
